Victor Ugarte has been in customer service for over 30 years, ten of which have been with Financial Relief Law Center as a Senior Case Manager. He has managed staff and offices with up to 60 individuals. His primary goal is to provide excellent customer service during these scary and difficult times.
As he has stated “Nobody comes to me during their happy times. If my phone rings that person is being sued, harassed, garnished or is on the verge of losing their home. They just need a calm, understanding person to provide some comfort and reasonable options for them during their toughest times. Many people do not know that there are options and solutions to help them. I try to understand my client’s issues and financial challenges and work to formulate a goal and game plan to get them into a better financial position”
During his off time, he enjoys the outdoors, the mountains and loves good food. He enjoys short travels and he loves to spend time with his family. He is married with three children one is 25 years old and is a City Police Officer, the other two are both 18 years old. One off to college next year and one has Special Needs and will be staying at home for continuing education and therapies.
